The Social Justice Institute at the University of British Columbia is excited to announce that we will be hosting the Critical Ethnic Studies Association bi-annual conference at UBC on June 21st - 24th, 2018. All sponsorship funds will go towards creating an accessible and comfortable space for all attendees.  For example, with the support of our sponsors the CESA 2018 conference will include amenities such as family friendly spaces, American Sign Language Interpretation, multilingual interpretation, receptions, and complimentary snack, coffee, and tea breaks.  These necessary services and programs cannot be made possible without the generosity of our sponsors. To be included in the conference program book, sponsorship must be received by April 30, 2018.

Payment Process

  1. Sponsors must log in or create a new account. Sponsors must create an account in order to process your payment and have invoices linked to your account. You will need to give your email, username and other account information to our Sponsorship team in order to process an invoice.
  2. Return to this page (while logged in) and choose one level that you are interested in.
  3. Click on the "Sponsorhip Application" button below
  4. Our Sponsorship team will create and email you an invoice. That invoice will have a link to make payment for your sponsorship.
  5. Once processed, you will receive an email confirming your invoice is paid. An invoice is also available in your account details under the "Orders' tab.
