Exhibiting at the Critical Ethnic Studies Conference is a great opportunity to showcase your books, art, apparel, posters, and research; promote your organization; and connect with conference attendees and participating community groups, publishers, and artists. Deadline is April 30, 2018. As an exhibitor, you will receive:

  • Registration name badges for 2 individuals

  • A 30 by 60 inch draped table and two side chairs

  • 20% discount with conference program advertisement (MUST PURCHASE SPONSORSHIP FIRST)

  • Your organization’s name listed on our website and in the conference program booklet as a conference exhibitor

Payment Process

  1. Sponsors and Exhibitors must log in or create a new account. Sponsors and Exhibitors must create an account in order to process your payment and have invoices linked to your account. You will need to give your email, username and other account information to our Sponsorship/Exhibiting team in order to process an invoice.
  2. If you are purchasing a sponsorship AND exhibiting option, please purchase a sponsorship first (completed order) before purchasing an exhibiting option.
  3. Return to this page (while logged in) and choose an option that you are interested in.
  4. Click on the "Exhibiting Application" button below
  5. Our Sponsorship/Exhibiting team will create and email you an invoice. That invoice will have a link to make payment for your exhibiting request.
  6. Once processed, you will receive an email confirming your invoice is paid. An invoice is also available in your account details under the "Orders' tab.
  7. We will email you other information or changes prior to the conference.
